The rigging is due for an inspection. The winches should be serviced before using.
The Mainsail is a full-batten Doyle Stackpack that is brand new (purchased 2 years ago, but has not been used yet).
The Genoa (140%) is the original sail, and has some patches and expected wear-and-tear. The Harken Roller-Furling is in good condition.
The Staysail is in good condition, used in the Cutter Rig configuration when the Genoa is furled up.
The engine has approximately 1500 hours on it. It has been maintained every season according to the manufacturerÂ’s recommendations (Universal / Atomic Diesel).
There are some scratches on the hull on the starboard side from chafing at the dock.
The Datamarine Knotmeter works intermittently.
There is corrosion and paint peeling around the pilot/wheel housing and near the compass.
The exterior teak needs varnishing (typical for each spring). Ideally, some panels of the interior teak are due to be varnished as well.
Areas of the cabin sole need some cosmetic work. One floorboard (near the maststep) needs reinforcement.
A new shower curtain is needed ($25 purchase)
A new CD changer (such as used for automobiles) needs to be installed ($200 purchase).
The (2) main cabin interior speakers have some corrosion, but are functional. The (2) V-berth speakers need to be replaced ($40 each).
The cabin ceiling has a vinyl cover. Some of the zippers are corroded and prevent the vinyl cover from being opened up to access the ceiling. This has not posed a problem to date.
